What’s included in membership?
Two tiers. Core ($149/mo) includes 8 sauna + cold plunge sessions, the cowork lounge and silent cabin, events, and coffee. Elite ($299/mo) is unlimited recovery, red light, walking pad access, a guest every visit, and priority booking. Full breakdown on the Membership page.
What does “founders rate locked” mean?
Your rate never increases. As membership prices rise for future members, founding members keep the rate they joined at. Permanently.
Is membership capped?
Yes, intentionally. The room only works if the right people are in it.
Can I visit before joining?
Yes. Book your first visit: full access, exactly as a member would have it. Book one on the Day Visit page.
Can I bring a guest?
Core members get a complimentary pass for a first-time guest. Elite members bring one complimentary guest every visit. Additional or returning guests need a paid guest pass.
Do you offer IV therapy?
Yes, à la carte. Elite members receive 20% off.
What should I bring?
A laptop and a bathing suit. Towels and the rest are handled.
